OUR STORY

Our business is born from a passion for adventure and a deep desire to share the boundless joys of the mountains with others. ​​

We have been travelling together almost 20 years.  We both grew up at Lapland, Arctic Circle, and live nowadays also in Chamonix Mont Blanc in the French Alps. The mountains have always been part of our lives. What first brought us together was a shared love for being outdoors and the freedom we feel when moving through the landscape, especially on skis. Over the years, our journeys have taken us through many mountains and seasons, and eventually our adventures grew to include our two children, who have grown up surrounded by mountain life and nature.

Now, we have turned our passion into a way of sharing the way of life with others. With two decades of experience navigating the most awe-inspiring terrains, we have together created an outdoor adventure business designed to bring freedom, enjoyment, and new experiences to our clients.

Jarmo is qualified IFMGA high mountain guide and MTB insturctor. He has a long experience working in the mountains and is the founder of Yellowsnow Guides mountain guiding company. Pinja is an artist and designer, and she also has qualification to work as a mountain bike instructor. We are combining our creativity and professionality to make your trip the most enjoyable experience.

We don’t think of our adventures as trips. They’re shared experiences in nature. We spend time outdoors with you, exploring landscapes we love – whether that means skiing, walking or running along quiet trails or discovering places you might never find on your own.

Along the way, something simple happens: you slow down, breathe a little deeper and reconnect with the outdoors. That feeling of freedom and discovery is what keeps bringing us back outside.
