Our story​

​

We grew up in Lapland, at the Arctic Circle, where the outdoors was never a hobby. It was simply life. What first brought us together was a shared love for moving through landscapes, especially on skis. Over the years we have followed the mountains, and we now live between Lapland and Chamonix Mont-Blanc. Our two children have grown up the same way, surrounded by mountain life and nature.

For almost twenty years we have skied, hiked and explored some of Europe's most extraordinary terrain together. We know these places not as destinations but as home. Jarmo holds the IFMGA certification, the highest international standard in mountain guiding. Pinja is a designer, creative director and researcher. She has spent years studying how people experience nature and place — and that understanding runs through everything we create together.

We don't think of our adventures as trips. They're shared experiences in nature. We spend time outdoors with you, exploring landscapes we love, whether that means skiing, walking or running along quiet trails, or discovering places you might never find on your own.

Along the way, something simple happens. You slow down, breathe a little deeper and reconnect with the outdoors. That feeling of freedom and discovery is what keeps bringing us back outside.​
